Prof. Witold Pedrycz

Biography:
Dr. Witold Pedrycz's primary research interests revolve around Computational Intelligence (CI), bioinformatics, and Granular Computing, which represents a recent advancement in the design and analysis of intelligent and human-centric systems. CI relies on the synergistic combination of leading information technologies, such as fuzzy sets, neural networks, and evolutionary computing.
Dr. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi

Biography:
Dr. Ata holds a PhD in Electronics and Robotics from Savitribai Phule Pune University in India. Dr. Moshayedi has published over 100 articles, authored three books, and holds two patents. His research focuses on robotics and automation, machine vision, and sensor modeling. He has been actively involved in IEEE conferences and has received numerous awards for his contributions. His research in robotics, machine vision, and sensor modeling has been featured in journals like IEEE Access and Sensors.
Prof. Huiyu Zhou

Biography:
Prof. Huiyu Zhou heads the AI and Machine Learning Group and leads the Biomedical Image Processing Lab (BIPL) at University of Leicester. He was Director of MSc Programme (2018-2019) and Coordinator of MSc Distance Learning at Informatics (2018-2022), and is PGR Director of CMS, Deputy Director of Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Modelling (AIDAM) and Member of the Executive Group of Apollo-Leicester Centre for Digital Health and Precision Medicine. Prof. Zhou serves as: Editor-in-Chief of Recent Advances in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Associate Editor/EBM of IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, Pattern Recognition, and Guest Editor of several refereed journals.
Prof. Lei Chen
Shandong University
Biography:
Prof. Chen's research interests include image processing and computer vision, visual quality assessment and pattern recognition, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He was the principal investigator of projects granted from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, etc. He has published more than 40 papers on top international journals and conferences in recent years including IEEE TIP, Signal Process., ICME, etc. He was awarded the Future Plan for Young Scholars of Shandong University. He served for many international conferences including the ICIGP 2021, CSAI2022, MLCCIM2022, and ICIVC 2023 as Program Chair, Technical Chair or Publicity Chair.
